Typical personal training fees range from $70
to $90+ PER SESSION! You could easily pay $1000+ per month for
average advice, with little, if any, nutritional guidance. Worse,
most expensive personal trainers require a HUGE minimum commitment
of 20 or more sessions. Here at IQFit there is absolutely ZERO
minimum commitment. You pay for what you are comfortable with. The
longer you train with us the more your rate drops.
Our fees start at merely $45 per session and
actually DECREASE. Depending on frequency and length, we can drive
down your cost to around $30 per session. Plus, remember you still
get a full nutrition program at no extra cost! We end up saving you
thousands while you
get top notch professional advice in a great facility.
There are no catches, fine print or gimmicks.
The reason we keep our program this affordable is to allow our
clients to train with us longer; thereby achieving much more success
than what is typical with most personal trainers. Most clients train
with us for over 6 months! About 1/3 of our clients train with us
for over a year!
We also have an "open door policy" which
means you will not be charged if you need to contact us outside your
consultation or training session. You can always ask us your random
fitness or health questions at no charge!
Packages
One on one Personal Training: after a
25-point evaluation, you will be trained at our facility, one to
four times per week. We can also design an additional cardio and
lifting program to be performed on your own to accelerate your
results. This package includes a full nutrition program at NO EXTRA
COST. Cost is only $35-45 per session (compared to the typical
$70-90 per session!) depending on commitment length.
Consulting: this is a great option if
you want to make good use of your home or commercial gym. We do not
recommend this with novice clients or those prone to injury. We
initially meet to physically evaluate your body and goals, then
design your program in 4 week blocks. We meet every 2-4 weeks to
update your program and keep your results coming. Consulting
packages may be for sport-specific performance development,
nutrition-only, or for cardio, lifting and nutrition combined. Cost
is only $60-150 per 4 weeks.
With a wide variety in pricing, we can always
find something for your budget. Avoid making the typical mistake of
purchasing a gym membership you either don’t use or that gets you
