Unless you are 14 years old or on steroids, most of those programs are not optimally effective. Rather, Iron Quest Fitness would design your program based on the very latest in muscle building and fat loss science. We use the most advanced motor unit recruitment techniques to maximally stimulate your body's built-in anabolic response.
Question: How do you train your muscle fiber-type for maximum growth? How much protein do you need? Do you know how to eat additional calories to build mass while avoiding fat gain? If you aren't very confident in your answers to these questions, you will likely need to learn these principles, as well as many others, before you can even consider maxing out your natural potential for muscle mass at a lower bodyfat. Specifications
- We will set up 2 orientations. The first will be on nutrition and the second will evaluate your body to uncover any range of motion problems such as old injuries, weaknesses, flexibility issues, rotator cuff, knee and back pain, etc.
- We’ll design your program based on a 2, 3, or 4 day/week split, depending on your schedule and availability. We can even design it for several days in the studio and several days at your own facility. Your take-home program will be printed in an easy to follow format.
- You will learn what supplements can give you an edge, including creatine, whey and casein proteins, BCAA’s, multivitamins and workout shakes. Plus, find out what testosterone boosters, fat burners and other ergogenic aids are worth the money and which aren’t. We have access to non-biased lab results showing which supplements and manufactures are quality so you’ll get what you pay for.
- We can design a custom workout shake that is designed with the correct ratio of carbs to protein and other cutting-edge ingredients to make your workout and recovery time as anabolic as humanly and legally possible.
- Typical programs are designed for 8-12 weeks of bulking and then another 8-12 weeks of cutting if desired. Programs can also be designed in a consulting format where we meet monthly to check your progress and discuss the next cycle of lifts and nutrition to keep you gaining size and losing bodyfat.
